A very surreal last 24 hours and things seem to be changing very rapidly. Our office will remain open until we receive further notification from authorities. If our office does close at their advice, we will work remotely during our normal business hours. In the next few days, Farmers will be communicating to customers to reinforce the availability of our digital tools, including Farmers.com (where you can obtain policy documents, make payments and file claims), the refreshed Mobile APP and our Claims self-service options. In addition, this communication will let customers know they have the option to call for an extension on their payment and provides an overview of our efforts to keep staff healthy.
